Our team was EASILY the best VU Team around, hands down. When one lender told my family our situation was impossible, Sam and her Team said “WATCH THIS”- and had us closed on our dream home in under 30 days. They held our hands through the entire process, encouraged us along the way, sent us e-gift cards to grab a coffee on one of our more difficult days, and when we got the the closing finish line- they sent the most personal closing gift that we felt was totally specific to each member of our family. Personal touches and incredible communication through every part of the process with this team, start to finish. 5 stars. 10/10 would recommend. Will be back. Ok, so let me say this first, it is hard to put in words how impressed I am with this company. I did not move a finger except to look for the right house and sign the paperwork. The team made sure that everything was done, always with a smile and always available. One thing I am serious about is that this did not feel like a business trying to sell me into a product, it felt like your favorite family members trying to make sure that I made the right decisions. The effort that this team (or new family if you will) put into me being happy was way more than I ever expected. The attention not only on the loan process but on how much attention they put into my interest was out of this world. (This is directed to the team)If any of you is ever down, and ever thinks that you are not doing a good job (we all go through that at least once), just think of this, there is at least one family (my family) that is super happy because of you, because of your effort and time for my family, we can sit in OUR living room and watch a movie and laugh, eat together in OUR dining room, cook in OUR kitchen and even have a fight in OUR own room (only because life is not only the good things), but better, we can make-up NOT in our house, but in OUR home.
