Walter Burks - Loan Coordinator- Communication was an issue with him. It seems like he and the loan officer weren’t on the same page most the time. He would email saying he would contact me on a date and fail to contact me on that date. Had me doing unnecessary tasks or the same tasks multiple times.Graham Garber - Insurance Agent- Did the absolute bare minimum, was no help whatsoever. He said the homeowners insurance providers he was able to search would not cover us because of our dog breed. It took several emails to get him to actually answer my question as to what providers he searched. We had called and confirmed earlier that one of those providers would in fact insure us under an umbrella policy to work around breed restrictions. So Graham took our questionnaire data, entered it electronically and when the algorithm kicked it back he didn’t bother to get on the phone and dig deeper to help find a solution to the problem. Basically told us computer says no, so you’re on your own to figure out homeowners insurance. Good luck, let me know when you get it set up. Very poor customer service.
Overall the best and stress free experience when going through all of this I was nervous and skeptical but between everyone and their time and efforts it made this something I would recommend to anyone which should I say Jeff I already have another member I work with should be in contact soon.
