Veterans United was very pleasant to work with and made the home buying experience as painless and smooth as possible. They also have a great concierge service to help with insurance, utilities and other aspects of moving. Other unexpected nice touches were my Navy socks and a nice entry way mat with our name on it!

After going thru this process only thing I would recommend to other Veterans and their families is to do your research on your future home. Look at everything from the top to the underneath on your future home. Continue to ask questions. The only part of this whole experience was when someone took over your file at the back end. Work for 2 days ask you to come up with couple items that were important, then when calling back with a answer or another question only to find out they left for a 2 week vacation. But our loan officer Jarmaine Rivera made it right.

It was very daunting being first time home buyers and not knowing anything. Our loan agent Jake was very knowledgeable and patient guiding us through the process and answering all of our questions. He is ultimately the reason we went with Veterans United after shopping around and we're really glad we did. VU made it a much smoother process buying a home than we thought it would be.

I don’t have one bad thing to say about this entire process, I’m extremely grateful I went through Veterans United to buy a house and will refer any and every veteran to go through them as well. My wife and I are beyond impressed and will continue to use Vets United in the future if we move but since they helped us find such a dream home, we may just make it our forever home! How many wonderful things can I say about Ryan Chinnis in one post? He was responsive (i.e. He returned my initial email on a Sunday afternoon), knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and funny! As a first time homebuyer, I had many questions about the process, yet Ryan always took the time to answer my questions and I never felt rushed. Also, all of my calls, texts, and emails were quickly returned. Ryan and his team made the stressful experience of buying a home feel very easy and I would recommend them and VU to any potential homebuyer. Deanna matched Ryan’s energy, professionalism, availability, and knowledge. The entire team seemed trustworthy and I had a great experience overall.

Have to give a shout to Conner as well. Conner was our primary point of contact for the entire process. He literally worked after hours during time sensitive moments. He responded to emails as fast as texts. Honestly I don’t know if he got any sleep. We really appreciate Conner so much!
