Aaron and the team at Veterans United are the only people I will go for a va loan.
As first time homebuyers we were extremely nervous. But Veterans United took all that anxiety and stress and guided us each step of the way. From the minute we started this journey we were paired with people who checked in on us, gave us the “cheat codes” you can say, and gave us a solid idea of what we needed to do to buy our home. From working on our credit to closing on our home we never had to sit confused not know what was going on. We could talk to someone at any point to get answers to our questions and that is a blessing to be able to offer this being many miles away from our loan team. I was a bit frustrated with uploading documents, not being able to document sign etc...however, I realize it is for my protection as it does have personal information. That being said, it was a relatively easy process, the staff were courteous when answering my questions. Thank you for everything

Daren and his team were phenomenal they were very helpful during our process. We originally had a pre approval from another company but after we had put an offer on a house they rescinded that offer with no explanation. We then reached out to Daren he guided us telling us that the VA had tweaked some guidelines and that was the reasoning behind it. He then guided us toward the right direction to be on par with purchasing a property. Will and still am recommending him and his team to everyone I know and meet.

My first mortgage payment was scheduled for 3/1/24. When I called two weeks in advance to set up payment for that date, I was told there would be no payment required, as my loan had been sold and I would need to arrange payments with the new lender. Now I'm being notified of a payment due with veteran's united on 3/1/24. I called in advance. I had the money. I was ready to make the payment. Veteran's united declined to allow me to make payment. Now you're notifying me of payment due?

Hooah! Hooah! For Veterans United!If you want to speak with authority about anything, it’s probably a good idea to have experienced it a time or two. This was my fifth home-buying experience and my third VA loan. I do believe that’s a sufficient enough number to give me a pretty good experience level to speak with confidence about my experience with Veterans United.
This was by far the most professional, and to use a term from my special operation days “Squared Away” home loan experience I’ve ever had.
From the initial call with Jake Wood through the highly interactive support and attention I received from my entire mortgage team, it was nothing short of “High Speed, Low Drag!!”
Not only would I recommend Veterans United to all my veteran brothers and sisters, I would say they would truly be missing out on the greatest VA home loan service experience ever if they went with another provider.
