Considering the ups and downs of the market, it was advantageous for me to have the best team possible to make the right decision. After my offer was accepted, the escrow process was smooth and efficient, which allowed me to secure the property without any issues. Although our realtor were ok .Project manager Jose was not so great as well was promise shower door and last minute they said it was not in contract .
