So glad I saw your ad just a couple day's after being told my lease was up after 15 years, I guess he want's to go after the big money from College kids now back in town after Covid, paying 3K a month is nothing for parents now wanting kids out of house after 2 years in the basement, It went fairly well, I think my credit score had a lot to do with it, THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP
