Our loan experience with Christopher and his team were exceptional. This is not our first VA loan nor our first home. They were on target with the timelines and very responsive. From the beginning of the process (Pre-approval) till the end (Closing) it was an awesome experience with Chris and team and! The client portal with the to-do list assists clients with what needs to be submitted. The resources are definitely recommended for new home owners. If you’re on top of submitting your docs, your loan will process will go much smoother. As a first time home buyer, the amount of anxiety this brought into my life was nearly crippling.When I first started looking into buying a home I had no clue where to start, I ended up putting my info on this site that popped up on Google. They said they were by veterans for veterans so I put my info in and 5 min later a man called me said he would help me.He got me a team, and they walked me through every step of the process. They didn't just tell me to get the documents, they told me how and what they were for.They answered every question I had, even took the time to just ask how I was. I honestly felt they had my back through the entire process.I have a home now, I never thought I could reach this place. After almost become a 21 a day veteran, I lost faith in most of humanity.These are good people, we can trust them. They helped me achieve a dream without even knowing what it meant to me.

During my home buying process my initial loan officer either ceased to work for the company or was promoted and my loan officer was switched, my initial loan officer had clear and concise communication and would reach out frequently to check up on my homebuying journey. Once officers switched communication was poor (most likely due to increased work load on the guy that was handed my account). Several voice messages and a couple emails were never replied to. Even after reaching out to management communication hardly improved. I'm assuming that my account was forced on another officer and increased work load resulted in communication breaking down. At the end of the day Veterans United got the job done and I have my home but a lot of improvements can be made to communicate in a timely manner.

The moving team prepared me for my utilities & entertainment. They were always pleasant to talk with. I recommend you use their services. Jess was so amazing to work with.She answered all my questions from the beginning to the end no matter what the question was. I really enjoyed the video Jess sent me letting me know I have the final approval & clear to close. It was nice seeing a live face. lol! The team assisted me as well. They were all amazing! I didn’t think I qualified but I had nothing but positive results. I will always recommend VU to all my fellow veterans interested in buying a home.

I have ro say that using Veterans United Home Loans was one of the smartest decisions I could have made when I decided to sell my house and purchase a new one. The pre-approval process was easy and once that was done, Tyler, Sara, and Jonathan took over and hand walked me through the process. They all played a huge part in reducing the stress of buying a new house while selling my old house. So much goes into both and they have an amazing team who communicates very well through the process and takes a lot of the load off of you and reminds you of the things you may have forgot about during your home buying process. They also have an amazing network of realtors and they set me up with some of the best. I'll forever be grateful to this amazing team that helped me through my home buying process. They really made it easy for me when I had a lot of things going on and my mind wasn't always in it after losing my wife to cancer. They really helped me out and were fun to talk to.
