Morgan, Vince and Kathleen were GREAT! Super responsive and polite. Helped calm my anxiety and assured me that they'd do everything in their power to make sure that we were taken care of to the best of their ability.

They were with us every step of the way in this process. We were kept updated constantly. Any and every question we had was answered quickly and accurately. Tyler was fine. He tried but he was absent for a decent amount of time so I ended up working with Chris Hill. Chris was terrible, every conversation I had with him held a tone of condescension and arrogance. He was full of flattery and lip service but I did not feel once that he actually cared. He told me during one phone call "I dont care if we keep your business" additionally, talking with my realitor, Chris's attitude was similar talking with others as well. I Don't think he should be in a position where he deals with customers. Finally, underwriting took so long to start my file, we ended up closing 2 weeks after the initial closing date. The whole experience was very frustrating. Next time I mortgage a property I will not use this company.
