I believe an electronic notary option for service members stationed overseas would be beneficial. In my case, I was able to set up a POA for my dad who happened to live in the vicinity to sign on my behalf on the day of closing, however, that is a blessing that others may not have.

Michael Fible and Zach Jones were fantastic. They communicated very thoroughly with me through the whole process, letting me know right away if I had anything that was needed for my loan. One of the worst experiences I have ever gone through was dealing with these people not only are they rude unorganized and unprofessional I did not feel like any of this experience was what it was supposed to be.just unbearable... And every service person I talk to I will tell them never use you're company.
