When I initially had Scott Davis as part of the team assisting me, he was quick to respond and answered questions I had same day. When I switched to Derek and Becah, there was not a whole lot of communication. We were suppose to close on the 5th of December and didn’t end up closing until the 9th because the team didn’t ask us questions early on about using a cashiers check. Due to the circumstances surrounding our home, we were under contract for four months. Come closing week the team was impossible to get a hold of, that included myself and realtors from both parties trying. I didn’t even hear from Bekah the whole time she was a part of the team.
Hands-down, the best person and team in the United States, Mr. Montgomery Hill and his team have made this process simple and easy. Thanks y’all, so much.

They made the home buying experience very calming. I have a high level of PTSD and certain changes and not knowing the unknown can cause issues with me. Everyone worked so hard and dilligant to help us close in a timely manner. We appreciate all their hard work. We've seen some houses we liked and some not so much but everything we saw led us to our forever home.
