Absolutely amazing experience. Not only did Mark and his team do their job exceedingly well, they covered much of our realtor’s job when the realtor failed in several aspects. They took the lead in correcting and following up on any issues we had, answered all of our questions quickly/accurately/precisely and coordinated things beyond what was asked of them.

Someone screwed up the paperwork and it cost me 4,000 extra dollars than what my original closing cost would have been. The total was over 9,000 when I expected to only need to pay 5,000

As I explained in the earlier explanations. My homebuying process through Veteran's United damn near made me feel guilty honestly. You guys made this so easy! Professional, Understanding, GREAT COMMUNICATIONS, Kind-Hearted and no lie, you guys were there EVERY STEP OF THE WAY and that alone made me soooo comfortable and calm. Can't forget David Bruin. He was my first contact and gave me the best advise with working with improving my credit so that I could qualify --- Thank you sir! I've now passed that to others to try to help them...WOW!
