This is my second time going through Veterans United to purchase a home and all I can say is they are awesome.
This team made buying my first home extremely easy. They were tentative to my questions and their explanations were thorough.
This is my third home loan with Veterans United. I am a big fan.
I feel I said all I had to everyone was amazing and I would love to work with them all again.
The only thing I would have changed is getting notified about what I had to do with my federal school loans earlier on in the process. I was stressed to the end. Overall good job though.

I would totally recommend going through this company to anyone who qualifies for a VA loan. The professionalism the extent in which day went and would continue to go to make sure that this process was as smooth as possible for those who have served their country is beyond refreshing. I struggle with PTSD so a lot of the brain work can be overwhelming at times, thank God this awesome team was there to do a lot of that for me so that I did not have any anxiety or feel as though I was being taken advantage of at any point. I feel as though I owe then a debt of gratitude 🙏🏾
Between Aaron and Christie T. I was blown away with this lending team. They truly are a team and the whole reason I got my loan. I can’t say thank you enough to these two but I was very impressed with both of them. They deserve promotions. They are amazing. Thank you both for all of your hard work.

It is clear Veterans United is a big lender with no real concern for the person trying to get a loan. I got a free pair of socks but was living in a hotel for a month while trying to close on the house so it didn’t really help and the loan officer got upset with me and got emotional because I said I don’t feel like he is actually doing all he can to benefit me. I had to google the VA lending regulations to prove to him that certain things he requested were not required. I even contacted my previous lending officer from another home purchase to help me with the process and advise me and it was more informative then veterans United lender. Overall unsatisfied and will not use again. At the end of the day I’m paying for a service and I will favor the person who services me to my expectations. I started the loan process with another lender just in case he wasn’t capable of closing and he advised me against it because “we are so close” yet I could not get a projected closing date.

I would choose and recommend Veteran’s United over any other lender, 100%. Every person that assisted me in purchasing my first home was kind, knowledgeable, and just as excited as I was. I believed home buying would be stressful, but VU made it a breeze.
