Great team! However, if it's a major holiday, be prepared to be handed off to people you may not be familiar with. This was the only time I felt neglected (Christmas). Otherwise, the team is with you to the end. They stay on top of your "to-do" list and assist you with any items you may not understand. I would definitely recommend them to my veteran colleagues. So this is my first real foray into the home-buying world, and it’s no joke. Confusing and aggravating process but I am supremely grateful for the folks here at Veterans United. Within minutes of me completing an online profile I had people reaching out to give me a hand and get the ball rolling, which was surprising to say the least. Overall I am extremely happy with the team I got assigned and would do this again in a heartbeat with them. Also helps that they say they’ll keep an eye out for rates to drop and will alert me should it become worth it to me to streamline into a lower APR. Can’t think of a more all-encompassing full service team than that. Thanks guys, I salute you all
