Overall everyone did a great job. The only negative was that I felt we should have gotten updated on where we were at in the process more often. Thank you for the work that was done for us.

I predict that BOA will falter (hopefully in my lifetime) mainly due to the fact that they have forgotten that they were founded with the purpose of assisting the blue collar worker in obtaining the American Dream of home ownership. BOA has become very siloed with no lateral communication with it's company. The local BOA office is NOT treated as a child of the larger company, but as a mere burden to the parent organization. This parent does NOT assist the local office in supporting their local community members in their dreams. Therefore, to many of the residents of Greenwood, Indiana - BOA is a great example of how NOT to treat someone that wants to invest their hard-earned money.
