The advice they offered, the recommendations, the detailed step-by-step process and communication was unmatched. We were a little weary about the home-buying process after our first experience with a different company years ago. however, we realize just how easy it is with veterans United and the team we had. The biggest concern I had has nothing to do with Jermaine and his team. It is with the underwriters. Just when I thought I had everything uploaded, I would get another notice stating I need so and so. Then when I sent it, another notice stating I need so and so.Closing was delayed by 3 days which cost us $400 plus to stay at a hotel extra days.With all that said, the underwriters need to understand the client, then make sure the ask for all the documents needed instead, one document here, one document there, and so on.

The whole in house team did a great job, they were able to handle my questions and request in a timely manner. They also gave me updates via email and text message which was very helpful. Would recommend mend hands down.
This was a very pleasant and easy experience through Veterans United, even with a global pandemic going on.
