Dear Veterans United, you all stick true to your words and are all talented people who made this process as stress free as possible.
I was highly tentative in approaching Veterans United, but my nervousness and apprehension evaporated after the very first telephone call. The entire staff was approachable, responsive, and professional to all my inquiries, discussions, and communications - they were never condescending, aggressive, or disrespectful in their actions with us.
One of the greatest stresses in our lives is the process of purchasing a home. The stakes are high and the process is fraught with delay, disappointment, or ultimate failure. This process can be so stressful and severe that we do not have the luxury of a calm and patient approach. Veteran's United relieved our sense of fear, anxiety, and desperation by offering calm, informative, and professional counsel. The entire team was upbeat and energized throughout the home-buying adventure.
Our home search meandered through several states, engaging numerous real estate agents, encompassing a variety of homes that gradually increased in value, and it was a journey that took almost 8 months to complete - throughout all this, the Veterans United staff "had our six". They were never pushy or impatient, but consistently supportive, flexible, and professional. They were always there, offering valuable solutions to our problems and dedicated personal support in times of need. We never felt 'pushed' to make a decision; their solid, consistent, patient support was the singular quality that make them unique in the mortgage industry.Knowing that we placed ourselves in their trusted hands, they always treated us with attentiveness and respect. We were always a priority to them, never a nuisance.
Veterans United know that they are problem solvers for veteran mortgage-seeking clients. They strive to assist in every detail and make a difference in their customer's life.
From the start to the 'closing', the Veterans United team was approachable to both challenges and change. The entire process was smooth and pleasant. I strongly recommend that any Veteran who is considering buying a home, to select Veteran's United as their mortgage "battle buddy".
Thank you Veterans United for making my dream both a wonderfully exciting experience and a reality.
Overall, I came back to Veterans United a second time because the team is truly professional. Whatever goes on behind the scenes must be like clockwork because the outcome is always incredible. Thank you so very much to the team for an excellent experience.
The best company for any Veteran. The process was beyond smooth and you deal directly with your team (3 people) the entire time. Seamless process.
I can’t say enough positive things about our first time experience with Veterans United! Rachel and Stephanie were great to work with, communicated well and there were no hidden fees or surprises at closing. I would recommend VU to all veterans.
Veterans United is awesome. Everything was fast and my team made it all so easy. I would recommend them to all veterans looking to buy a home. The rates were great.

Nate and his team did an exceptional job with everything! Cant thank them enough for all they did. They really know to take a stressful process and make it stress free. Appreciate you guys!
Wonderful smooth experience
Our loan team was wonderful once again! We love working with veterans united!
I do not agree with the process of proof of future employment. I was very fortunate for the position I was able to acquire post-military service, yet this was the biggest sticking point when acquiring my loan. Weeks of follow on questions, as well as contacting the human resources department directly, multiple times, to provide even further proof of my employment. Some veterans are not as fortunate as me, especially those being abruptly discharged due to medical reasons. I understand the concern with missing payments but I believe that the current system could be refined to help smooth the process for transitioning service members.
