I think I already said it but they have set a new standard of service I had never experienced before and it will be difficult to find the level of service from anyone else.

both of the realtors from VUR that i was recommended did not work out. the first realtor, i told her my budget and the first homes she sent me was 100k over my budget. the second realtor, he would not change anything in the contract such as the market area, it was his way or no way. so of-course i went with someone outside VUR and had a positive experience.

It was great to work with Shane and Adrienne Fleming. They were helpful, showed us workable solutions we had not thought of, and helped us get the lowest cost loans and benefit packages. This was a complicated two house sale and the staff stayed with us at every step of the way. Because of them we saved money and had the smoothest home closing in our life.
