In lue of the rising rates and I know 6% is still low but rates should be considered over a 5 year period since rates were 3-4% for 3 years straight. I would recommend trying to get more credits to closing to cover things like origination fees and annoying fees that don't go towards the acutal house like insurance and taxes .But that's my 2 cents.
Even in a tough market the whole team went above and beyond to make my days in buying a home so pleasant. I am so grateful for this team and how attentive and informative they were. Everything was done in a timely manner and made my home buying experience top notch. I honestly don't know how I would've been able to buy a home without this team at Veterans United.
