Everything was great until the last 48 hours before closing when the underwriter decided to ask for documents that they should have asked for when they got my records 3 weeks prior. A wouldn't except a legally binding document. Thanks to Nick and George for making it happen.
the real estate agent was ok. we can tell however, that there was a language barrier. Didn't feel like English was her first language . Was not impressed with her method of finding a house for us. We asked for no HOA and all the listings she gave us was HOA. Felt like she was just plugging into a software that spits out houses instead of doing deeper dives into them that fits our requested needs. We ended up just using zillow to find our house.

More research into services like ISP, cable TV, Fiber Optic service, really needs to have some more research before stating what is available. Chas told me that there were only 2 or 3 choices. My own research found about a dozen!!
