Everything went ok except during the closing day (01/03/23) I was informed that in order for the closing I was responsible to pay the cancelation fee plus the seller tax fee in the amount of US1,975.66. I did not the the money on hand because I received closing (draft) that was going to receive my Cash back and VU was going to pay the late. I haved to to go through a lot of running oround to come with the late fee due before the closing. Respectfully request that you re-consider to at least give me back half of the
money that I was told to pay at the Last mom ent before closing because I don't how I was the one to be held responsible for the late closing cancelation.
Everything was exceptional
They did an amazing job helping me close on schedule which mattered because I don’t like to stray from the plan. I would work with them again in a heartbeat.
I just felt like I had to do most of the work kind of by my self and present it back through my to do list and this was a big step for my family doing a first time refinance we should have had a little more help and guidance.
Please refer to my above comments about Chelsea… I think she’s amazing and I’d definitely recommend anyone to come get a loan with veterans united because of how great an experience as I had.
