As first time home buyers we had no idea where to start. I’m glad I went with VA home loan, they did an awesome job in getting me into my new home during this time, with the covid 19 having everything shut down they were able to get things done for me to close on the home.
Veterans United was very helpful to me when I was trying to purchase a house, they walked me through everything and was always patient. Brittany and Michael assured me that I could do this and with their help I did.
Only negative aspect was the closing. The gal from the title company got to my house at 11:30pm on Friday night. I had to drive 5.5 hours back from Kentucky for work that day, and closing was supposed to be 6pm. I have a two year old daughter, and we had to be up at 5am CST (East coast time conversion), and we had to get out of bed when the doorbell rang and she called.
