

I would certainly recommend Veterans. James was great. I finally got to meet him at the closing and it seemed like we knew each other for a long time. I have been in the Customer Service field for several years and have built many great relationships. I feel he did the same with me. Hopefully we can still stay in touch in the future.

When asking about the staff you left out Sarah and Dawn. Sarah was one of my first initial contacts and I knew right then and there that I made the right choice in choosing Veterans United. If I had a question, she made sure I had an answer within minutes. Dawn, there are no words that would be enough to describe her and the help she provided. As well as all the other three people that I commented on, Dawn was the one I leaned on the most for answers. Dawn and I along with Evan, had just regular general conversations not related to mortgage. It was like we knew each other already. The whole staff were such amazing people, they all made this purchase such a smooth transition and I surely will be coming back in the future.


I get emails from Veterans United but it doesn't say anything new. I've gotten lots of emails and I don't see anything new, no new information. I don't like the fact that I was attempting to get a mortgage modification but instead I'm told my house is up for foreclosure.

VU went above and beyond to help my parents purchase their final home.
