Amazing how my loan was sold in the first week after I closed, how the insurance policy on my home changed both in the deductible, and cost. If I had to go through this again, I would have been better off going through my local bank or any of the national lenders such as quicken home loans. Right now I am focused on just paying this loan off and getting away from all the craziness of dealing with this company and all of their changes and surprises.
