I would give my whole team 50's if I could. They all went above and beyond my expectations. John Sullivan my loan officer, Kate Canote my loan specialist, Alison Pharr my loan coordinator, Ashley Turner my Senior Home Buying Concierge, Kari Carpenter who filled in, Kari Frank who filled in and Shenri at my title company were all amazing, professional, keep me up to date and we had some laughs. I would recommend them to everyone!

Outstanding team. Although aggravating at times, I do appreciate the attention to details and the gentle nudges given that kept me on track for the closing. Prep ahead of time resulted in a smooth outcome; only took 15min to close from start to finish. Great team. I will definitely return if ever in the market to purchase again.
Things were the NORMAL mass chaos with underwriting requirements, inspections, docs, etc...
However, both Kristin and Brad were awesome - communicated well, explained things and responded quickly.
Especially appreciate the effort to make closing when a last minute requirement popped up.
