You claim to care about veterans. I am dis appointed with the poor responses from the team. From my agent to the title company the team was allow to respond or completely unresponsive to calls, emails, questions. I wanted to set up my monthly payments to be paid biweekly. No discussion no offer. I had to check in often to see how rates were tracking. I am truly disappointed.
I had a great experience and I thank everyone for their help.
Ryan and the team was super helpful in the process. Our loan officer was diligent in any documents needed in order to keep our closing timing on track!
