Working with Matthew and Tina was amazing. They both were able to answer my questions and keep me calm during the stressful parts of underwriting . It was hard getting ahold of Gray Grim during the underwriting process. Even when I would leave a message with name, phone number and property I was purchasing, I didn’t get a phone call back in 24 hrs so I would try calling again at times that someone would statistically be near their office phone. There were also too many changes to already existing inspections right at at the end of the process (1-2 weeks before closing date). If I was able to rate the Gray Grim, I would say 4/10 stars.
