The time and effort my team put during this process was amazing. My schedule is busy, but they were on top of everything and with a schedule like mine, I was very pleased on how they handled everything, communication was fantastic, everyone was easy to reach and accessible by call, text or email. All documents can be uploaded on your phone with ease. My family and I are so happy to be in our new home and so grateful with our team with Veterans United.

I appreciate all the hard work Vu did. The stress came at the end. Maybe warn future vets that the initial qualification will be re-verified several times. I felt like the issues they brought forward at the end should have been addressed at the beginning.
