I was very confused by things that were sent to me with no explanation. I was new to the process and lost a lot of sleep due to constant worrying. On that note, I am thankful for their assistance and the quick handling of my loan and getting me into a house.

My realtor chaw tun, she is supper amazing at her job , really know her stuff more then all of them, best person on my team. The other people on my team are ever ever slow, didn’t do there stuff on time , had a hard time getting a hold of them, etc they made it kinda harder then it had to be. Got lots of things wrong that had to be refixed over and over and over again

Everyone on the team was exceptional! They were always in contact, giving updates and letting us know every step of the process. We were always well informed and never had any questions because the team was always ahead of the game with updates and information.

Lack of communication at times was frustrating.
The need to resubmit items over and over was irritating and costly, as it required legal fees to resubmit the items with a new date.
Was not told about a closing date and then received a message, the closing was scheduled for the very next day, when we were out of town.

Veterans United is the best place to get your home loan. They was always there to answer any questions and they made the home buying process a little less stressful. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home
