Honestly, this process was amazing. Stephanie and Brian did any and everything to make sure we were happy and knew what was going on. I had questions along the way and not only got answers but they answered what would have been the follow up question. Stephanie went to bat with the credit bureau right at the end as we were at closing and made it happen. Couldn't have asked for a better group of people to help us through this process. We will be using this team for every purchase moving forward. We will be obtaining some rentals in the future and while veterans united is an amazing company, I will use Brian and his team specifically and recommend that any other Vets looking to buy go with them. Any issues you think may come up, they seem to already have a plan for. Then a back plan and a double backup incase things keep coming up. Amazing team. Amazing people. Just real, down to earth, casual, "let's make it happen" bunch and I could not be any more happy with how things went. Thank you all for everything!

The first contact I had was Nick, and he was fabulous! I was then transferred over the Brian. It took a few days before I heard from him, so I contacted Nick again, and he got us connected. At that point Brian did great. The whole process was a bit long, but I don't think it was anyone's fault. Just how it works. Thanks!

I am so excited to see the joy on my wife's face to see that we're homeowners again. I personally had struggles with readjusting to civilian life but I feel blessed to get a fresh start from Veterans United 🙏..My family is so happy to see my wife and I closing on such a wonderful place to stay. There isn't enough space in this review section to give enough praise for the entire team that I worked with during this process. Derick Vollrath especially was helpful during the closing process. I felt like Derick was fighting for my family every step of the way. The whole team made my wife and I feel at ease about the process, especially during underwriting where things can get a bit stressful. With that being said even our underwriter Angie did a fantastic job fighting for us and getting things done. I will not hesitate to recommend Veterans United to everyone I know. I called Veterans United concerning a home loan and they basically blew smoke up my ass and lied to me about their interest rates. I was in a situation and needed to purchase a home immediately and I went with VU. Didn't like the interest rate but could not back out of the deal because i needed a place to live but the good news is....I don't have to suffer them but 6 months. I did not appreciate how the operated and don't appreciate them as good business people and if their company fail, it would not bother me.

I don’t know everyone’s official titles but I will tell you I had the best experience with Erica west. She was patient with me and kept me informed at all times. Some of the paper work was frustrating but she helped me through it.
