They’ve stuck with me despite one time the interest rates not being low enough, and another time I cancelled on the final push of a cash out refinance due to advice from my financial planner. No matter what they care, ARE NOT PUSHY and make sure I’m knowledgeable about my decision. So that’s why I keep coming back to this team to support me. This last time I got a waaaay better interest rate, credits and more!! Super satisfied with the loan process!!! Also it’s sooo easy to sign documents and track them!! Everything is online for me even in the future if I need!!
