If we bought a home it shouldn't matter who lives in it. Something that was introduced to us as no down payment to maybe $2000.00 down. Became over $12,000.00. We might have rethought the whole process. It is what it is. Thank you all the same.

We were already set to go with our lender that mortgaged our 1st home. They gave us an approved amount which was much lower. A friend had just used Veterans United and was pleased. Well, we thought, won't hurt to call VU. It was the best decision we made.
Travis not only did the numbers and pre-approval for much more than Rocket but he gave us the confidence to dream bigger. That led us to contact a builder we had met months earlier to take on the task of completing a new build for us. The process was challenging at times but very efficient and for our benefit.
Here we are now, in our Dream Home and loving it.
