Both Ben’s went above and beyond to make the refi possible. I am self employed and am not the easiest situation to get sorted out. All of the team responded promptly and called when they needed to explain things. Would give 20/10 if possible.

Veterans United has earned a 10/10 review from me because from beginning to the end my team has taken a process that can be terrifying and made it as easy as it possibly can be. I don’t know if I just had an above exceptional team but Robert S., Gabby, and Curtis were top notch!! Anytime my wife and I had any question they responded in such a quick manner with the information that we needed. The app was super simple to use and allowed me the opportunity to check the status of our process at anytime. It never crashed and it made uploading documents very simple. I would recommend this service to any of my battle buddies we are so happy with our home and we’ll never forget the part that Veterans united played in this milestone.

This is my second VA home loan with Veterans United. As good as they were the fist time, they where better this time. Consistently communicated with me. I know that I had a couple of attempts with y'all and it was like the story of Goldilocks; it took three attempts to find the right plan and house. The teams welcomed me each time without and judgement from having to cancel prior plans. This team made home-buying an effortless task for someone who knows nothing about the process.

Overall, the experience was poor. Communication was not good as it was difficult to reach anyone at times, especially as we had 3 different people working our loan. The policies on Veterans Alliance are not consistent with actual laws, and though you may think you're providing extra service by going above, it actually slowed the process and made parts very difficult. And the icing of the cake was less than one month from closing, our loan was sold. No, I will not give Veterans Alliance positive feedback, nor will I recommend them to anyone. Not even for the free t shirt that doesn't fit.
