Well after we were sent over to the loan coordinator it went down hill from there. The communication stopped almost entirely and we were finding out important information by either text or email and in some cases by someone else all together.

The team made homebuying a smooth experience. I checked my to-do list regularly which made staying on top of things very easy. The team also communicated regularly with me and kept me informed of what was happening. I appreciate all their hard work.

The Veterans United website makes it efficient and effective to follow the laws a status. When asking for documents it’s easy to upload and address VU questions. Working with VU was the smoothes lender I have ever worked with! I would definitely recommend.
Working with Matt was a great experience. Overall I would say worth working with them. But for my case I was disappointed with communication. Even title co did not know closing until 1 day before. Then disappointed with final closing numbers. The actual money out of my pocket changed almost daily. And including 30 min before close. I was called and told I owed more. So had to stop at an ATM to get more cash. First time in my life ever had to do that.
