Veterans made me feel that they cared about me and my loan. The assistant setting up my loan did a good job. Only issue was the surprise just before closing with the extra cash to close due to the title company holding out additional money for the HOA fees.

This particular purchase was a VA Home Loan. I have no complaints and give them a 10/10.I like how you can track the progress of the loan through the app. You can sign all documents through to the app! And you're able to go back and review it retrieve the documents for future reference. Great Team all together.

Don't get a VA loan if you can avoid it. Simplify things with an ordinary bank loan.

As long as you can manag checking off the box's in a timely fashion, have good credit, and a 60/40 debt to income ratio. Plus a few grand in the bank it's as easy as 123.
Customer service was very good. Rate was not as competitive. I look forward to the easy inhouse refi I was promised when rates improve....
