As long as your credit’s in good shape and you keep good records, Veterans United has perfected a simple process.
If you’re thinking of using Veterans United to purchase your home..DON’T WAIT! They are helpful, knowledgeable and are an all around support system for you during the process
The whole team that I worked with was awesome. From initial contact to close. This is my second loan with VU and this loan team. Everybody; Lacey, Eric, Joe, and Briana all crushed it. All 10/10. Thank you guys.
Veterans United is a great company, mainly because they have great and knowledgeable personnel such as Sean Dobkins and Selina Culp. Thank you for all the help Veterans United.
Jeff and his team was always friendly and professional to my wife and I . They always answered any questions that I had along the way during the home buying process. They made my first home purchase process an easy experience. We had the opportunity to close in less than 30 days thanks to Jeff and his team! But the seller needed the whole 30 days to move. It still was a fast process from beginning to the end.
I would recommend Veteran's United to anyone! VU made the whole process pleasant and showed me step by step what to do. Thanks!

I am thoroughly happy with my choice of using Veterans United for being my first home!
My only feedback is that I started my home buying early. I was not able to take advantage of the amazing services Veterans United offers. I would suggest that as soon as someone puts in a pre approval request these services should start immediately.
First time home buyer here so don’t know much of anything they made it super easy!
After close to a year in the home buying process Veterans United was with me every step of the way. When I found my perfect house they guided me through the closing process and the knowledge that I had experienced people with me helped relieve the stress from home buying. I couldn't have done this without them.

Took great care of everything
Rebekah Getz needs remediation training on communication, transferring information accurately and completely and prioritization. We feel she should be placed on a probationary period to demonstrate her skill rehabilitation or should be let go from the company. As an active-duty member, if we performed like she does we would be in for a world of hurt. You keep up or you get out. Also, as vets, we deserve better, we are not your average customer.Side note - my realtor said if she has another client that uses VU, she will ask them to either change lenders or realtors as she and her network of Remax realtors will not be working with your organization any further, this experience put a really negative light on VU.
Response from Veterans United
Jennifer,
Thank you for letting us serve you and for your valuable feedback. While I’m sincerely happy to see you closed, it’s so disappointing to see the communication from your team was not on par with the service you deserve at all. Josh from the Client Advocate team has sent you an email with his contact information if you’d like to discuss your experience one-on-one. All of your feedback gives us insight for follow-up with training managers and loan teams as needed to ensure exceptional homebuying experiences for you and other Veterans going forward. I'm sorry we let you down and wish you well in your new home just the same.
Sincerely,
Kendra, Client Relations
Veterans United made buying my house a breeze. As a first time home buyer, going through the process can seem overwhelming, but with the help of the VU team, and their wealth of resources online, it really made the home buying process a breeze. I will recommend VU to all of my military family members in the future!
