My wife and I went into buying our home with little knowledge about it. All we knew is what we were told from others and the research we've done ourselves, but when we started to work with Veterans United, the process became so simple and so easy. We had minimal glitches, and at every step of the way, they were right there with us making sure we had everything that we needed. I would have to say people would be foolish as veterans to go with any other company

First I want to say, Thank you Veteran’s United. My husband and I needed to get in to a 1 story home due to health reasons. I started my mortgage journey in August 2024. After Rocket and Zillow could not meet our needs, I contacted Veterans United. Thanks to Jeremy Arnold and his great team (Beth M. and Vickie B.), we were able to close in December. Veterans United made the process super easy with the “To Do” list. They kept us informed at every step, and the communication was stellar. Jeremy listened to our needs thoroughly, knew what budget we were working with, and what our GOAL was to be in regards to a monthly mortgage payment. He explained exactly what we needed to do (financially) to reach that goal. He is awesome with numbers, and always returned my calls promptly. Jeremy reassured me many times when I had real doubts about certain issues. He walked us thru everything with such a calming demeanor and professionalism. We had a stressful closing issue come up at the very last minute with seller, and it looked like we would not close in 2024, but Jeremy and my realtor Julie C. kept working at it and got the issue resolved. Everyone is so lovely to work with at Veterans United. Thanks again for all the referrals, helpful videos, and helping us get in to our new home. We love the beautiful T-Shirts, and welcoming gift.
