I really asked around when we first started working with VU. It was going so smoothly and so efficiently that I thought they were a scam. We were terrified about the home buying experience, especially in such a time crunch (literally a month before we would have to sign a new lease at the apartment we were at). But it wasn’t so bad, and they were always there to answer questions or concerns. We will be thankful forever! Especially Nikki, Brittany, and Marissa!
After a little over 3 years of looking for the right house and right loan, Veterans United came through for me just when I needed them. My loan officer did everything he could to ensure everything went smoothly during the loan process all the way through the closing. I highly recommend them, thanks again Rob hegstrom ( loan officer) for all you did.
Mr. Vanamala's team is awesome! They were always available to answer any questions that I had and made the whole loan process incredibly smooth. I would be more than willing to use them again and recommend them to any of my friends buying a home in the future.

This has been an amazing experience throughout the whole process, we will most definitely refer any other veterans we know to veterans united.
I know there's a lot of numbers and stuff involves but I wish I were better informed about exactly what was expected between offer and closing. I felt I didn't hear anything until a week before closing and then it was crunch time and everything was a mess. A little more communication on what exactly is expected and updated numbers were my only complaint and frustration.
