Overall, the team was amazing. I don’t want to be bias but this may be the best team representing Veterans United Home ( Bill Musik, Alycea Lawson, Kristina Shore and Cedric Weeks); they were all outstanding to work with. It’s a bitter sweet moment. I’m a little sadden that the process is over. But on the other side, I’m glad to have worked with all of them and they made it possible to close in 20 days. Also I received some great gifts from the team to remember them by. Thank you again Veterans United.

Matt LaTorre was great. My issue was after the pre approval was complete. My file was handed off to Bronson as a “member of the loan team” assigned to take me through to the closing. Bronson was largely MIA throughout the process. I had Katie, Megan, and Jake interceding. Numbers constantly changed, updates not communicated in a timely manner. Matt finally took over and completed the process. Overall I would recommend Veterans United but would also caution to be proactive to ensure a smoother experience.

The nice thing was when they were open no matter what someone in the company answered the phone and tried to connect me. This is my first home and the process was stressful at times due to my uncertainty. They helped me through it and let me feel more comfortable throughout the journey.
