The best option for a veteran to get finance for the home of their dreams.
This is my second time using Veterans United and both times have been a great experience. Mr. Billington, Ms. Morris and the team were wonderful from the start to finish. I will continue to use Veterans United going forward.
Veterans United have great associates with experience, knowledge and great personalized customer service. Veterans looking to buy a home should go with Veterans United! Thank You!
Thanks for great service once again
I just bought my first home with Veterans United! They made the process quick, smooth, and PAINLESS! I highly recommend them in the future.
My experience was very exciting at first, but it went downhill pretty quickly. We had to match the appraisal money last minute, and make bank transfer from our 401k, which took a week to do and pushed our closing date further, when this could’ve been prevented if the appraisal inspector had done his job in due diligence. We went from happy to buy our first house, to disappointment and readiness to be done with the process quickly.
I was hesitant at the beginning due to the hype I saw on line but the hype was accurate and I couldn’t have had a better experience. A can do attitude, blistering response times, objectives continually overcome. Thank you for everything.
Highly recommend veterans united the whole team made the home buying process easy!
Best place to get your house. Best time to do it with the economy the way it is. Best at helping you make it a home.
Great people. Fantastic to work with. Thank you all.
I am grateful for this whole experience there has definitely been some hiccups when entering our new home and a lot of things that were unforeseen that we have had to fix but through all that craziness I still find the blessings and how grateful I am to finally have a roof of my own over my head something that no one can take away or manipulate into that I’ll forever be grateful!!!

The entire team was a blessing in helping my wife and I buy our forever home together. I'm glad to see all the great help that was put into place for Veterans. Keep up the great work.
At the end, we had the Loan Specialist, Matt Landis, who we were not working well with, at least two other people gathering information for him, and an underwriter. There may have been more. We didn't understand why so many people were involved. The two people who worked with/for Matt didn't really even communicate with us, and Matt kept acting like he had no authority whatsoever by the end. Everything seemed to be up to the underwriter, so why couldn't we work directly with the underwriter? Why weren't we working with someone who had authority, instead of puffed up salesman who didn't know how to deal with customers?
