Under writing gave me a run for my patience but I understand when Diana and Aaron explained to me the process once I told them I never dealt with underwriting with my 1 st house . So it was a good experience to know what not to in reference to employment, co signing, and insurance etc,so I took it as a learning opportunity

This loan process started a year in advance as the building of the home took seemingly forever. Veterans United got as much done on the loan application as they could in the early stages to get an early approval completed. Unfortunately, some of the work we completed had to be re-accomplished because it was outdated by the time we actually closed on the house. All in all we got everything needed done, on both sides, in a timely manner. Thanks to the entire team for their help…and the gentle reminders!
High intrest rate. Bad real estate agent. Horrible attornieson both ours an seller side. Terrible underwriting team
