There were many documents that should have been requested sooner. Waiting till the last min to tell me I need them then saying I need them today or closing day will be pushed out is not ok. Things like W2 or marriage certificate should have been asked for a lot sooner then underwriting. It was also very hard to get ahold of people. I would ask for calls back and get an email the next day.
Lance and his team made it very easy process, I was closer than 30 days with practically zero issues. Would definitely work with Lance and his team again.
