Homebuying seems to be a long process, they say VA may take longer and it did, it was a long process. I would recommend start 4-5 months before the month you plan to get your keys.
I love the teamwork and the quick responses to text questions and emails. During the process, I felt my mortgage was the only one they were working on!

For a woman veteran allow more time get proof of name changes because many woman veterans get married and divorce or both and during there service they may not have kept records
