The Veterans United team I worked with were exceptional. Cody Smith and his entire team were proactive, flexible and professional during the entire process. It truly felt like I was the priority, with a team that worked for their client. They made it extremely easy for me to purchase a new home with a loan that beat out all competitors I inquired with. We closed without any issues or hiccups despite a request to close early on an already short timeline.
Honestly, the underwriting process was brutal. Maybe that has more to do with the cost of the home and the current market than Veteran's United per-se but the support staff that I worked with directly were amazing and held the whole process together.
Once again, the whole team was a huge help! Kristy and Ashley, like Rob, we’re on top of their game and answered questions we had about the house buying and loan. Jonathan was also making sure I was calling the right folks for benefits and utility changes. If I have another home in the future I hope they are my team. In the mean time we’ll happily enjoy this one, thanks to their hard work and efforts to get Aiza and I the best rates.
I approached Veterans United with absolutely no expectation. My finances were a mess. The services provided from the very first phone call were A1. They really were with me every step of the way. After taking the time to work on my finances, they called me with the news that I was ready to move on to the next phase. I went from pre-approval to closing in less than 2 months. I’m so grateful for the team and their guidance from start to finish. I will be forever grateful. I am looking forward to being a lifelong member of the Veterans United family.
