I was never blindsided by a cost or an event that had to take place. From the initial loan application all the way to closing, I felt like they had my back. Brings about a sense of comfort!
They were so incredibly efficient, pushing the other team members along. They were friendly and responsive and answered all my questions. We had a top notch experience. We were told by the local realtors multiple time how we should have used a “local lender”, yet, at every corner Veterans United was on top of their game and proving them wrong!
Nick, Courtney, Alyssa, and Ali were the best group of people assigned to me who assisted with providing the best results toward the transitioning and processing of my first home. Do not pass this awesome experience on purchasing a home. It's already stressful on making the selection and know you have a complete team of individuals that are going above and beyond to make the entire purchase of your dream home come true. I can't thank them enough. If there were a VIP program that existed you would be a part of it. The entire process is flawless. The dashboard on their portal is spot on. I never felt like I had any fear of the unknown. True transparency throughout the process was given. I knew exactly what was going on and when it was on the next level.
