The entire team at veterans united did a great job. Usually anything related to military or government work is slow, complicated, and nobody explains anything unless you absolutely need to know. You could imagine my surprise when this was not the case. The whole team worked fast, got what they needed done, done in a timely manner, and kept me well informed as to where we where in the process and what was the next step.
Words seem inadequate compared with the actual experience of going through this process and the help provided by Christy Ingalls, Spencer Wesson, and Joedi. They were always prompt in returning calls and reaching out to calm my reservations and fears. My Closer regarding spoke very highly of Kristina Robertson and what an amazing job she did and her quick responses. In fact, Mike Benjamin of Title Guaranty and Abstract Company said in all the years that he has been doing closings with the V.A., she was the best he had ever worked with. If I could give the team more than ten stars, I certainly would.

The people I felt with were great. The loan process however was disappointing to say the least. As a veteran with excellent credit history and scores, I felt like I was treated like someone who couldn’t be trusted. I was asked several times a day to submit paperwork, almost no day went by where I wasn’t asked to jump through their hoops. This was the 5th house I have bought and by far my worst experience.
