Like many vets I had a couple, a few, well several challenges to overcome in my home buying process. I have seizures and I experienced seizures during the application process as late as during the closing period. This affects my memory as well as my cognitive abilities, I was able to complete the process smoothly because of the streamlined process afforded by VU.
Had no problems from anybody on the VU, end. Everybody was polite and respectful.

I’ll be as honest as possible here. I think the service was great, communication was clear and concise and everyone answered my questions (even the dumb ones). Having a whole team help me felt like I was actually being assisted and cared for. Even the little gifts were nice, my dog certainly loved the toy that was sent! My only gripe was the Veterans fee that I’m required to pay, but that’s not on the team. I would recommend people to use yall, and already have. Thank you for helping me with buying my first house!
