I was fairly impressed with VU early but it seemed that after we signed the commitment paper things became slower and disorganized. We and the seller could have closed a week earlier if not for last minute extra bank checks. We have 800+ credit, decent income, no debt only monthly living expenses, extra cash in 2 banks, own other residence free and clear, and gave plenty access to our banking institutions. This should have been a walk in the park but wasn’t.
