The team at VU was so supportive in every step of the process. There is an individual assigned for every step. They were all very professional, friendly, and they eased a lot of my stress because they took on so many duties to help. The resources they provide are an immense help and they really do guide you through the entire process.
The team was awesome to work with. They made the process painless and ensured to keep me informed with changes.
I highly recommend Veterans United to help veterans. They’ll fight for you.
I highly recommend Veterans United to any military or veterans, they are extremely helpful and dedicated to support You on the purchase of your new home. They make things easier for you and as stress free as possible. Now they are definitely United to the veterans. Thank you guys.
They did a great job from the beginning and were able to work with me on a closing date and time that would work with my schedule.
Painless. Literally the perfect word to sum up the entire experience. No nonsense and no problems. Straightforward and professional the entire way. Thank you again!
Thank you Samuel for all of your hard work to help get this done. We are very thankful to have worked with you.
Veterans United made my homebuying experience a pleasurable one for the most part. The initial realtor I had through them was unsatisfactory; however I was able to use a more suitable agent and I found a great home. I'd say the only other issue I had was having to pay for a structural inspection a week before closing; that was a $750 expense that I did not anticipate and was not compensated for at closing. Besides those two mishaps Veterans United did a great job explaining everything and keeping us on schedule to close on time.
Great group of people, work hard for you and get the job done!
For my fellow veterans, you cannot go wrong with working with Veterans United on getting a home loan. Hurry up you want be disappointed!
Would not hesitate to recommend Veterans Home Loans. They went above and beyond to make sure our loan closed on time.

The process was a bit confusing at first; the market climate didn't help. I didn't realize that when you use realtor.com, you automatically get directed to VU when you ask for information about a property as a veteran. I didn't realize that once you get a VU concierge for the region you're searching, you can contact them directly to broker real estate agents in the area for different zones of that region as you search. My situation was complicated, though, as I was looking not in one region, but all over the country for a place to move, motivated by the extreme conditions of my living situation. It was frustrating for everyone involved. Once I found a place that was viable, however, the process moved along relatively smoothly and quickly. Any issues that arose were due only to circumstances beyond my, VU's, or my Realtor's control, and there was really only one issue of property survey delay. I learned a lot from this experience, and I would go through VU again should I look for another home later.
