From answering my calls on the weekend to helping me find everyone I need to contact to set up the various utilities, Veterans United had my back from start to finish. And given the competitiveness of the current housing market, you need a well oiled machine to make buying a reality. Overall, I would give Veterans United 10 out of 10, they are true professionals. Veterans United is a smooth start to finish VA loan provider. Very streamlined experience. With little to no hiccups other than the happy unexpected ones of closing and getting money back.

I was quoted an inaccurate percentage down payment - a difference of nearly $15,000. The rates were horrible and I wouldn't have used them had they not told me the down-payment was so low. Seems like a slimy sales tactic. The compensation for their nearly $15,000 mistake was to credit $800. Then they had extremely untimely replies completely lacking any type of accuracy or punctuality. I think the organization should remove the word veteran from their name. They didn't reflect it in any way.

VU made our first purchase a reality in such a fast turn around time my head is still spinning! When everyone I know is still struggling to find a house or get financing nailed down, we are ready to move in to our first home just a few months after we started looking. VU provided everything, from a real estate agent to work with(we didn’t know any, and Mike House is wonderful) to our loan team (Jon, Erin and Brittany- thank you, you are all amazing!).
