I was not very comfortable with the electronic media of completing request for information. This discomfort was not with platform used but the changes in names during the process increased my distrust of the company initially. With in this cyber vulnerable environment consistency with whom you work with helps decrease suspicions.

There was one person at your company who was not helpful at all. If I called with a question she did not return my calls. She cause a big delay in closing. If Angelica had not stepped in I think that I would have back out of the whole process. I do not remember her name but Angelica will. She was the only one who was very rude when I did talk to her and she would not answer questions. Only Angelica and Tiffany did for her. She does not need to work there.
The best loan experience I have ever had buying a home. Very knowledgeable. Will always answer your questions in no time at all. From step one until closing mark Reid and his team were awesome. I highly recommend my fellow soldiers to get their home loans through mark Reid and his team at veterans United. I couldn’t be more happier and felt respected during my loan process.
