I have never had a better customer service experience. I had an entire team at my disposal that answered questions quickly after I asked them. I felt like I was part of VU's family and loved the support. Lastly, at closing, my title agency and agent both stated that I had the best interest rate they had seen in 8 months. Glad Aaron and his team were there for us in our first home buy.
Everyone was great. The one thing I feel need to be worked on is the response time of the underwriter just took so long for certain things to get done and for a response, but I understand the work that is needed.
