Anytime we ran into a problem, Sarah provided a solution or went straight to the source for a solution. She was our constant source of information, always there for anything we needed to make this happen. Not enough stars on rating scale to show what this experience meant to us. It was very easy and smooth process, all the team work so hard and quick for you .The entire process was easy and paperless, the documents that was requested was easy to get, non crazy requirements. There were a lot of communication a long the process.

Everyone told us the home buying experience would be stressful and difficult, possibly with an emotional roller coaster of disappointment, but we just didn’t experience that at all and I think it was, in part, due to Stephanie’s knowledge and communication. Horrendous customer service. Loan officer didn’t give one single care about our needs and intentionally lied to us to cover her own mistakes. Mistakes that will cost us $30,000 over the life of our loan.

His serivce is unmatch
The experience was fast and easy. We were working with a local bank prior to being recommended to VU and the process was so tedious that we considered not moving forward with the purchase of a home. VU and our Loan Specialist made more progress with our approval and loan than the local bank did in 6 months. We appreciate the hard work, kindness and efficiency that made our first purchase utilizing a VA loan well worth it. We will definitely recommend to our friends and utilize in the future when it is time to move again!
