This was my first time using Veterans United and the VA Home Loan process. My loan team was outstanding! They provided me with the information and guidance that was needed during the process. The rates that are available for home loans are much lower than can be obtained by other financial institutions which in the long run saves you money. Jeremy and Taylor are very knowledgeable and made the process very easy and smooth. They were both helpful and informative. I like and or demand to have communication when I am completing a transaction like this, my loan team was Always there to answer any questions that I had, no matter how little. They both took the time to completely answer all of them. On the information portal that is created for each member, it states that the faster you provide the information the faster your loan moves, well it is completely the truth. All people have issues with buying a house, but they made it very easy to deal with them. Yes, there is a lot more information that is needed with a VA Loan, but the process they have makes it really easy with all of the steps. I would highly recommend Jeremy Carver and Taylor Fruits to handle anyone's loan needs. I will contact them both once again when the time comes.

The team at Veterans United literally saved my life. I was stuck in a mold infested rental home and the landlord absolutely refused to address the issue, even though my health was noticeably deteriorating as a result. After living out that true rental nightmare, I decided that it was time to buy my first house and I truly do not think that I could’ve done it without them. Everyone on the team was completely on their game and I was able to close on a wonderful home only 33 days after initially contacting them. I swear it’s like they wouldn’t rest until I was safe in a new home. Everyone was so attentive and available whenever I needed them. There are so many predatory companies in the home buying market and I am truly lucky they reached out to me so quickly and took such great care of me from the day that I reached out until the day that I closed and beyond. I genuinely could not be more grateful. I now recommend Veterans United to every single veteran who will listen to me whether they are currently in the market for a new house or not. They worked miracles for me and helped me accomplish a huge milestone that I did not even think was a possibility. Every single person on my team has a special place in my heart forever.
