David was always there to answer my questions even on the weekend and after-hours. Rachael was very quick to let me know what else is needed to get things moving quickly. I can’t ask for a better team!
I would’ve given it a 10 if I knew there were no representatives (fault of my own) in my area other than that, communications were the only difficulty I had through the process. The whole staff was readily available for my support however. thumbs up!

Nick really wants you to succeed in the process and very clearly lays everything out. He is a very charismatic individual, well spoken, and has a lot of confidence in his answers, which leaves you feeling very confident. I didn't at any time feel like I was lost and if I did, a quick call with nick would straighten out any confusion I may have had.
