A great person!Jennifer always answered my calls immediately when I was feeling impatient with the underwriting, and the appraisal process. She was always trying to get an answer for me from the appraiser when they were taking too long and she did. The process felt like trying to go to sleep before Christmas but you were too excited.
Friendly employees made it easy to understand the how of the rights of a veterans in borrowing money for a house. I would strongly recommend them to other veterans who because of circumstances having a hard time owning a house and instead live in the street as homeless.
