I would only suggest for the concierge to add "Gas" to utilities since the property I bought uses has apart from that, exceptional.

For the first time home buying process it went okay. We weren't happy with the overall process. Being a veteran I'm used to being forgotten by the VA and I feel like we were forgotten until the last minute of our closing. Last minute we had to jump through hoops to get the loan fully approved causing us stress and delaying our closing date by two days with information that we feel like could've been submitted weeks before closing.
The process was very smooth once Tonya took over as our Loan Officer.
Everyone on the team went above and beyond. We will definitely spread the word on how we were treated. We were treated like family and I appreciate that. They were always so excited to talk to us and brightened up my day!
