As a Veteran at times we can feel like no one understands us as individuals and that can make things uncomfortable at times especially when purchasing a home. I would recommend Veterans United to all my fellow Veterans as simply put "They Get Us". The process is smooth all the way to closing making the experience enjoyable and comfortable. No uncertainty nor confusion. Not to mention the beautiful kits they send in the mail to place in your new home. I am proud to say that I AM now a part of the Veterans United Family. Thank you
I did not want a home warranty and was promised that it would be looked into. Nonetheless, I never got another response and ended up having to pay an additional $450 at closing. Speaking of closing costs, I felt totally lost when trying to figure out what I would need to be paying since day 1. I asked multiple times about duplicate charges for inspections and was promised everything would “balance out in the end.” I had to submit invoices for inspections twice since the estimates I was sent kept including things that I already paid for. I just don’t think things are oriented well for first time homebuyers and I don’t think the customer service is up to par for me to use this company again.
Response from Veterans United
Andrew, we appreciate your feedback on this matter. The home buying process can certainly get stressful, especially when costs are estimated throughout the loan process. Our team will be researching your comments to determine what we may do in the future to help prevent a similar misunderstanding with regard to the warranty; that is not something we set up or negotiate so determining what happened will be important to understand and assist communication with future clients. We know that preparing you for all bonafide costs is part of our commitment to excellent service. The process for disclosing the costs of a loan is managed very closely. Relying on estimates for a portion of the home buying process can seem inconsistent or make it difficult to trust the process. While we cannot change the experience you had we want to ensure that no other Veterans have this same experience in the future. Discussing your experience and learning how we might look to improve is part of our commitment to provide outstanding customer service.
Great company to work with. A+
Good job by everyone.
The whole process was made easier from the whole team. They always answered all my questions and if they didn't know it at the time, they would find out and let me know. Love them all.
Thank you for all of my Veterans United memorabilia! It’s great quality. Thanks for making a dream come true for me! Now my children know that they too can own a home. I never thought in a million years that I would be able to have a home built!

Even if you decide not to go with Veterans United, you do yourself a disservice, by not checking them out and seeing what they can do for you.I intend to recommend them to all my military brothers and sisters should they be in the market.
Super easy process and Justin was great to work with. Always responsive and prompt. Couldn't recommend more!
Veterans United worked with me when no one else would. They helped me through the process of being verified and approved for a VA loan, making it so simple my child could do it. The loan team and my Real Estate Agent were available nearly 24/7 with any questions I had, and continuously reached out and offered advice and information even without asking. The process was smooth, and I'm amazed with how much money I saved in this crazy housing market. I felt like I was more than a number during this process and I highly recommend.
