From A to Z we could not be happier with the experience that Veteran's United provided my wife and me in our pursuit of a new home.
Veterans United is a great option for your VA home loan when buying a house. I highly recommend going through them. James Browning was amazing with working with us and navigating us through the whole process.
Great team. Quick and attentive.
The idea of being a first time homeowner was intimidating at first. Getting yourself into a commitment this big is nothing to be taken lightly. However, Veterans United ensured that the process was simply, quick, and educational all the way through. The agents that aided us understood that this was our first home, and they made sure to help us every step of the way. Our questions were answered quickly, and they were honest about the properties that we were looking at. I would definitely recommend them to any Veterans who are looking to buy, and we plan on working with them again down the road.
I would strongly recommend this Team with Veteran's United. They are professional, respectful, and know their business! They act quickly and accurately making the process time move along efficiently and effectively. Great group of people to work with and would refer them to anyone with highest regards.
Fantastic experience!
Working with Veterans United was a wonderful experience. Buying/refinancing a home can be stressful. Jake made is pretty much stress free.
Made the experience as seamless as possible. I would recommend to family and friends.
I would say through the hick up in the system and processes, this loan was a little more mistakes than the last two... The only thing that really annoyed me more than anything was not feeling as insurance rep was not truthful when I asked questions on policy. I feel he just wanted to close a deal or not admitt that he wasn't sure.It was just a total difference in quality of what I received in the past 2 loan experiences. However, I will still consider VU in the future.
The APR isn’t a small item. Don’t shrug it off as just a cloudy detail.
The APR, reveals what you had to “Give” to get what you were promised from the beginning.
Beware of “discount points”
